Gabrielle walked by the lake thinking about all that she had been through with Xena and all that she could have ended up doing if they never met. she was glad that Xena had taken her away from all of that since it never did seem to fit her life style. She watched the water falling from a small waterfall and sat down on the grass with a smile. she then took out a scroll and just started to write enjoying the good day for now.
She did wonder where Xena had gotten herself to this time and hoped that whatever she was doing that she was safe and would be able to handle it. Gabrielle had come a long way since she first met Xena and she was happy about that as well. She thought back on all the times they shared together and started to write again with a smile. Gabrielle then stood up as she heard foot steps and figured it must be Xena though she picked up her weapon just in case as she put away what she was writing into her bag for now.
